WORLER platform terms (summary)
WORLER is an independent technology intermediary that helps customers discover independent service workers. WORLER does not employ, supervise, certify, or guarantee any worker and is not a party to the service contract between customer and worker.
Users must provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, agree on scope and price before work begins, and follow applicable laws. Workers are responsible for their qualifications, conduct, safety practices, taxes, and quality of work. Customers are responsible for deciding whether to hire a worker.
WORLER cannot guarantee availability, outcomes, response times, or dispute resolution. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, payment PINs, or unnecessary sensitive information. Never pay a fee based solely on a screenshot or unverified claim. Subscription UTRs are reviewed by the site operator and are not automatically proof of payment.
Accounts or listings may be restricted for spam, fraud, abuse, or violations. The platform may change or suspend features for safety and maintenance. Read the full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
