Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Draft requiring operator review before launch

1. What WORLER does

WORLER is a technology connector that lets customers discover and contact independent workers who advertise local services. Except where mandatory law says otherwise, WORLER is not the employer, partner, or agent of a worker and is not a party to the separate agreement a customer and worker make for the actual work. Workers are responsible for the services they offer and customers decide whether to engage them.

WORLER does not guarantee that a customer will find a suitable worker or that a worker will receive views, contacts, enquiries, bookings, jobs, or income. Availability depends on independent workers, locality, demand, schedules, pricing, and other factors. A lack of enquiries or a suitable worker, by itself, is not a promise of results that WORLER made. This does not excuse WORLER from providing the platform features it actually offers or from responsibilities that law imposes on the platform.

2. Worker listing/advertising fee

The fee is ₹30 per worker panel for each 30-day listing period. It pays for advertising/maintaining that panel on WORLER. It is not an employment fee and does not buy or guarantee a job, customer contact, enquiry, booking, earnings, or a particular number of leads. The fee and period must be shown before payment.

A new panel may remain hidden until the operator independently verifies the payment reference. A UTR/reference submitted by a worker is not, by itself, proof that money was received. Before paying, check the recipient name and amount shown in your UPI app. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, password, or banking credentials with WORLER or another user. Listing expiry, grace periods, suspension, and refund handling are described in the published Refund Policy.

3. Customers, workers, and service agreements

Customers and workers should independently check identity, relevant qualifications, availability, scope, total price, materials, timing, safety arrangements, and payment terms before work begins. Any final price or additional charge should be agreed directly between them. In this starter, WORLER does not hold customer payments, provide escrow, insure a job, or guarantee either party's performance.

Customers and workers are responsible for their own conduct and for the direct service agreement between them, subject to applicable law. WORLER cannot prevent every scam, missed appointment, unsafe act, non-payment, or poor-quality service. Users should keep relevant records and report suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or misleading platform listings to the operator. WORLER may review reports and take platform actions, but does not promise to recover money or resolve every private dispute.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep login credentials private, and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate anyone, publish fraudulent or misleading listings, harass others, spam the platform, or misuse personal information. Public registration cannot create an administrator account; admin access must be assigned securely by the operator.

5. Listings, moderation, and availability

Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, contact details, advertised category, prices, service areas, and claims about their experience or qualifications. WORLER may restrict, hide, or remove content or accounts for suspected fraud, safety concerns, abuse, inaccurate information, or violations of these terms, and may maintain or change features. WORLER does not represent that every listed worker has been independently vetted unless a specific verification is expressly described.

6. No misleading promises; legal limits

WORLER does not advertise guaranteed job placement or guaranteed local worker availability. Any promotion must be accurate and its material conditions must be clear and prominent—not hidden in fine print. Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or waives a consumer right, remedy, or platform duty that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. Calling WORLER a connector does not remove any legal obligation that applies to its actual conduct.

7. Privacy, cookies, and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy for information about account data, cookies, third-party services, retention, and deletion requests. You can submit a request through the data deletion page; requests are manually reviewed in this starter and may be subject to lawful retention requirements.

8. Complaints and operator details

For a real public launch, the operator must publish accurate legal/operator identity, service address, working support email and phone number, and any grievance contact or process required by applicable law. These details must be completed by the operator before collecting real users' data or payments; do not invent or leave misleading contact details.

9. Changes and legal review

Updated terms should show an effective date and be communicated where required. This document is a starting template, not legal advice or a guarantee against complaints, lawsuits, or liability. Have an Indian lawyer review the terms and the actual business model before launch.
