Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Draft requiring operator review before launch
1. WORLER's role
WORLER is a technology connector for independent service listings. This starter does not process customer-to-worker service payments, hold funds in escrow, or provide a payment gateway. Payments for actual work are arranged directly between the customer and worker and remain subject to their agreement and applicable law.
2. ₹30 worker listing fee
The fee is ₹30 per panel for one 30-day listing period. It pays for advertising/maintaining a worker panel; it does not guarantee a job, enquiry, booking, customer contact, or income. No enquiries or jobs during the period does not, by itself, mean the listing service was not provided, provided the paid listing was actually made available as described. If WORLER fails to activate a paid listing or otherwise fails to provide the paid feature as promised, the operator should review the issue fairly.
A panel may stay inactive while payment is verified. A submitted UTR is only a reference and does not prove receipt. Check the recipient name and amount in your payment app before sending money. Never share PINs or OTPs.
3. Requesting a refund
Contact the operator if you paid but the panel was not activated within the stated process, were charged twice, paid the wrong amount, or believe a refund is otherwise due. Include only the information needed to locate the payment: date, amount, panel ID if available, and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, or full banking credentials.
The operator should acknowledge the request, check the relevant records, explain the decision, and issue any refund required by applicable law or the terms shown at the time of payment. Refund requests will be considered on their facts; this is not a blanket “no refunds” rule and does not remove statutory rights. Any processing time and method should be communicated clearly by the operator.
4. No guaranteed employment or earnings
The listing fee is an advertising/listing fee, not a fee for guaranteed employment. A worker receiving no enquiries or bookings does not automatically entitle them to a refund if the listing was provided as described. This clause does not prevent a refund or other remedy where required by law or where WORLER did not provide the paid listing service as promised.
5. Contact details required before launch
The operator must publish a real support email, phone, service address, and refund/complaint contact process before collecting payments. Those details must be completed with accurate information. This policy is a template and should be reviewed by an Indian lawyer before real fee collection.
